The Logis list of criteria is becoming more and more stringent, in a bid to better service
the needs of today's guests: more comfort, more services and more modernity.
The quality Charter is
displayed in all of our hotels. It presents the fundamental values of the Logis spirit.
For some years now we have systematically conducted mystery visits in all Logis network hotels.
Our “mystery guests” are from approved independent bodies and their task is to verify the quality of the
services and amenities on offer. Close to 300 criteria are assessed to validate the hotel's “fireplace”
rating and ensure that its quality is maintained day after day.
The Quality Monitoring Department: delighted or disappointed by a Logis? Let us know. Our Quality Monitoring
Department will take note of your comments and alert the hotelier in question. In this way you contribute
to improving the Logis so that they may better fulfil your expectations.

The Fédération Internationale des Logis (FIL) is certified ISO 9001. This award
guarantees that the FIL is proficient and serious in the way it attributes and monitors the Logis label.
The Tourism Ministry has authorised the Fédération Internationale des Logis to award the French
“Quality Tourism” label to hotels that meet the required criteria.

the classification is very specific, taking into account close to 300 criteria covering reception, comfort,

suited to your wants and needs. If you are looking for full service with an excellent quality / pleasure / price ratio,
then opt for the Logis with a 1-fireplace rating. If you would like more services and features, then the 2 or
3-fireplace Logis are made for you. You will find the Logis spirit in each hotel, whatever its rating.
